We have one lease term following the academic school year. It runs from August through July 31st of the following year. The next lease term runs August 16, 2026 through July 31, 2027.
To complete your application, applicants are typically required to provide: Social Security Number (SSN) Driver's License Number or other valid driver's license identifier In some cases, additional documentation may be requested
Enjoy hassle-free living with internet, cable, water, sewer, and trash services included in your rent. Electricity is the only utility billed separately. Charges are based on the unit's monthly usage and are split evenly among all roommates.
The application and lease signing process are completed entirely online for your convenience. After your lease has been submitted, both you and your guarantor will undergo a background screening to verify identity, income, and eligibility. Once the screening is successfully completed and all requirements are met, your application can move forward to final approval.
Yes! There is a one time fee of $300 per animal and $25 a month pet rent (fees subject to change)

Resident parking is available for an additional monthly fee. For guests and short-term visitors, convenient pay-to-park options are available on the first floor of the parking garage.
